Inside, a cosy ambience awaits you on around 100m² of living space, which is centrally heated and lovingly furnished in country house style. Two large bedrooms with comfortable double beds, spacious wardrobes and cosy seating ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom invites you to relax with a shower, WC, bathtub, two washbasins and underfloor heating. The inviting living area with a large upholstered corner, dining table, TV and radio/CD as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an upholstered seating area offer everything you need for a carefree stay. In addition, a hall cloakroom with shoe cupboard in the hallway keeps things tidy and organised.

The outdoor area of our holiday home offers the perfect place to relax with a balcony that provides a wonderful view of the countryside and is furnished with a table and chairs. The garden invites you to linger and enjoy the peace and quiet with a barbecue area and various seating areas. In addition, a hobby room in the basement, equipped with a table tennis table, darts and facilities for ball games, provides varied entertainment.

The house is ideally located for nature lovers. Hikers can enjoy a variety of well-signposted trails, with the hiking meeting point just 200m away, while the proximity to culinary delights in a restaurant serving Thuringian specialities is practically on the doorstep. The region also offers a wealth of excursion destinations such as Bad Tabarz, the Marienglashöhle cave, Friedrichroda, Tenneberg Castle and the large Inselsberg mountain. Visitors with an interest in history will be in their element in the towns of Gotha, Eisenach, Erfurt and Weimar, all of which are rich in cultural and historical sights.
