Here you will find a beautiful and well-equipped non-smoking holiday flat with an area of approx. 60 square metres with free WLAN. The flat is located on the upper floor of an outbuilding and has a separate entrance, accessible via the courtyard of the property. The outbuilding is quietly located in a side street with little traffic. The landlord lives in the main house, which is also located on the property.

A carport is equipped with garden furniture and can be shared (ideal for smokers). The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children.

The holiday flat has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. In the bedroom there are two single beds and a wardrobe as well as enough space for a baby travel cot (can be booked for a small fee). The kitchen consists of a fitted kitchenette, a fridge with freezer compartment, a 4-ring hob with oven, as well as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Everything is available, from spoons to soup pots, and there is also a radio. In the living room there is a sofa and armchair seating area and you have a view of the garden. Space for a folding bed or an extra bed with two beds (both available in the flat). Satellite TV is available. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and integrated shower, toilet and washbasin.

The ice cream parlour "Zur alten Schule" is only a 1-minute walk from our holiday flat. It serves refreshing ice cream sundaes, home-baked cakes and pies as well as hot, sweet and savoury snacks to satisfy your hunger. There is even a pub just round the corner. There is also a florist, hairdresser and beauty farm (Spa Villa) in Wingerode. The train and bus stations are only a 2-minute walk away, and the A38 motorway is only a 10-minute drive from the holiday flat. Excursion destinations within a radius of 20 km, pilgrimage chapel of Etzelsbach, Leine Bad in Leinefelde, Klüschen Hagis (men's pilgrimage), Eichsfeld Therme - Vital Park / Heilbad Heiligenstadt, alternative bear park Worbis, historic city centre of Heilbad Heiligenstadt, small fairytale park in Heilbad Heiligenstadt (right next to the Eichsfeld Therme), Scharfenstein Castle / Beuren, Thüringentherme in Mühlhausen. Miscellaneous: WLAN available, living room and bedroom can be darkened, washing machine on request, cleaning materials are available, car park available, barbecue available, a children's travel cot available. A linen package (includes bed linen for one bed, one towel & one shower towel), one tea towel is provided free of charge ONCE per stay. For longer stays (14 days or more), towels/shower towels/dish towels are changed free of charge every 7 days. Bed linen is changed every 14 days free of charge. For longer stays by fitters/tradesmen and other corporate clients (14 days or more), an intermediate cleaning (also for weekend travellers) will be carried out by arrangement (if the flat is too dirty) and charged for. If you, as a holiday guest, require such intermediate cleaning, this will also be charged per intermediate cleaning.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
