There are excursions to the Caloosahatschee River, to Pine Island, to the uninhabited dream beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island with their famous shell collections.Fort Myers Beach also promises variety with its extensive range of leisure activities and trendy beach bars and restaurants.A beautiful, palm-filled garden surrounds the villa, which otherwise guarantees the highest living comfort for discerning holidaymakers. 4 bicycles and 2 fishing rods, deckchairs, cool box and parasols for the beach and much more are also included with the villa, which is fully equipped with crockery, bed linen, towels, beach towels, American fridge with icemaker, washing machine etc. On the terrace you will find a luxurious BBQ grill, free Hi Speed Internet and local calls, TV with over 150 programmes, including all major German channels, in HD quality. The villa has three individually furnished bedrooms. A master bedroom with a spacious bathroom and king-size bed, another room - also with a double bed of this size and one with two single beds, each with its own bathroom. All rooms have cosy wooden floors. The spacious living area, furnished with charm and humour, comprises a modern kitchen with bar, a dining room and a cosy living room. From everywhere you have a great view of the outdoor area with pool and the canal behind it. The terrace with heated pool invites you to relax, unwind and enjoy an evening barbecue. 11.5% tax (5% tourist tax and 6.5% sales tax) must be added to the rental price and the final cleaning. These will be invoiced directly by the landlord 4 weeks before arrival together with the deposit and must be paid in advance; the deposit will be refunded after departure of the guests (after handing over the villa in proper condition). Electricity consumption is included.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
