This detached holiday home is located in a small village just 3 km outside the northern city limits of Vienna. The centre of Vienna can be reached by car within 20 minutes. The quiet location and the beautiful surroundings with fields and forests are impressive. Hagenbrunn is a charming village with many wine taverns (Buschenschanken) which is visited by many Viennese guests. In the immediate vicinity is the wooded Bisamberg, a very popular excursion area for the Viennese population.

The covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture. The canopy and neighbouring trees make it a very pleasant place to spend time even in the height of summer. The property is fenced and therefore also ideal for children.

The house with covered terrace stands on an enclosed plot and has a living space of 75 m². The interior consists of the following rooms: An open-plan living room with pellet stove, flatscreen TV and a comfortable seating area; an adjoining bedroom with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed; another bedroom with a comfortable box-spring double bed; a fully equipped separate kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer compartment; an adjoining bathroom with bathtub and washbasin; a separate toilet and a storage room for luggage.

Shopping facilities such as supermarkets await your visit at the same distance. In addition to excursions into the countryside, Kreuzenstein Castle with its museum of the same name is worth a day trip 17 km away. Shopping enthusiasts can look forward to the G3 Shopping Resort Gerasdorf, approx. 6 km away.

Special features include the spacious 1800 m² property and two bicycles for free use. Hikes can be undertaken directly from the house. Vienna can also be reached by public transport.
