- SAMADHI seminar room
With its 70 m² and capacity for up to 30 people, it forms the centrepiece of our hotel with its central location. It is ideal for yoga retreats, team building, dance and silent meditation, workshops and conferences and is equipped with a high-quality music system (2 CD players, iPod connection, mixer, professional Sentri III speakers for a unique sound experience), TV, DVD recorder, dimmable lighting and wooden flooring. It also has soundproof windows to keep out loud music etc. If required, we can provide the following items free of charge: Meditation/sitting cushions, mats, chairs, flipchart, pens & paper

- BLISSI room
approx. 25 m² in size and directly adjoins the beautiful inner courtyard. It is equipped with a TV and small music system. A laptop (HDMI connection) can be connected to the TV (75 inch) for transmission or it can be covered if it should not be seen. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds.

- THAYA glass pavilion
42 m2 glass pavilion located directly on the Thaya with a view of the greenery. It has a TV, DVD player and music system.

- BUDDHA LOUNGE
With its 245 m², it is probably the largest room in our seminar centre and its oriental furnishings create a feeling of liveliness, joie de vivre and inspiration! Spend time with your group on cosy lounge sofas and enjoy the wonderful ambience of this beautiful room. With our professional lighting and sound system and enough space for a stage, you can even hire a small band, perform something yourself or simply get your guests dancing!

- BARBECUE/FIRE PIT
Does a cosy round around the campfire sound tempting to you? Then why not make use of our delightful fire pit in the courtyard! The price includes 5 baskets of wood, 1 small bag of charcoal, kindling and final cleaning.

EL MOLINO is nestled in the picturesque Waldviertel, a region known for its endless forests, idyllic meadows and fields as well as numerous streams, rivers and ponds. These surroundings are ideal for long walks, hikes and cycle tours - perfect for escaping the daily grind and recharging your batteries.

Comfort and cosiness
Our house is a 750-year-old former mill, which has been lovingly restored over many years and is therefore not a hotel. With its large garden area, it has a very special flair of its own, which many guests and groups have already appreciated.

Our rooms have illustrious names such as "Sunflower", "Lotus" or "Rose" and offer a unique combination of rustic charm and modern comfort. Whether double or multi-bed rooms, each room is furnished with great attention to detail and ensures a cosy stay. The guest rooms were built according to the house and therefore vary greatly in size and furnishings. A few rooms share a communal bathroom, but most rooms have their own bathroom and WC.

With its own little walkway along the Thaya river, EL MOLINO invites you to enjoy nature to the full. Far away from electric street lighting, you can still admire a clear starry sky here.

Our premises
The house with its quiet, special atmosphere invites you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. The conservatory in the inner courtyard and the entrance area, which is located in the old part of the mill and adjoins some of the rooms, with its seating areas and sofas for cosy get-togethers, are available free of charge.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
