The Oberweiglhof is situated in a wonderful location on the sunny slopes of Russbach, just three to five minutes' walk from the centre. From the penthouse flat you can enjoy a very beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape as well as the ski slope and the extensive agricultural meadows, and the ski taxi from the village takes you at regular intervals directly from the house to the lifts of the Dachstein West ski region, which are only a few hundred metres away. Ski tours, for example to the famous "Gamsfeld", can be started directly from the house, and in spring, summer and autumn there are numerous hiking routes in the magnificent mountain landscape of the Salzkammergut, as well as to the numerous farmed alpine pastures, which can also be walked directly from the house. There is also a huge range of cycling and mountain bike trails and the numerous bathing lakes are just a few minutes' drive away.
The penthouse holiday flat "Oberweiglhof" offers a top location in the middle of the Dachstein West ski area, a luxurious ambience with high-quality furnishings, state-of-the-art equipment and a rustic cosiness, with this accommodation you will always keep your holiday in good memory!!! The Oberweiglhof is a 350-year-old farmhouse, which was converted into six flats a few years ago with great effort and attention to detail. Architecturally, it was built according to the centuries-old Salzkammergut style and it was built largely in organic timber construction. the penthouse flat "Oberweiglhof" now offered for tourist rental will inspire you. With around 125 m2 of usable living space, it is not only very spacious but also extremely high quality and cosy. In addition, there is a balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors with a wonderful view of the mountains and meadows, as well as a carport for your cherished car and the lockable storage room right next to the carport, where you can store your skis, sledges or bikes. For your skis there is also a ski room with boot dryer in the house and with the guest card you will also receive a locker for 6 people in the lift building where you can store your skis, ski boots etc.. The flat itself not only impresses with its magnificent view, but also with its unique interior design. The exposed roof truss means that all the structural timbers are visible from the inside, giving the flat a special flair, and the living area consists of a great eat-in kitchen with dining area in the veranda and a large gallery area, which has been furnished with an extremely cosy Italian designer leather couch and a TV area. In addition to the sleeping area in the gallery, there are two extremely cosy bedrooms, one of which has access to the balcony and the other has its own bathroom with shower and free-standing bathtub, and since we want to offer you an unforgettable holiday, we have not skimped on the furnishings and equipment. All the furniture was made from solid wood by a Tyrolean company specialising in reclaimed wood. The bedroom furniture is made of sunburnt old wood or solid old wooden beams. The kitchen, on the other hand, was made from solid old oak and fitted with very expensive, high-quality appliances. Cookware from WMF, cutting knives from Zwilling, crockery and glasses from Ritzenhoff, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother and much more is ready for you.
