The Sonnenschein flat and holiday home is a beautiful, newly renovated holiday complex located near the beautiful Soboth reservoir on the Schilcher wine route.
The complex is located in the Ölspur community of Eibiswald, just 300 metres from the Spar supermarket, which is open from Mon to Sun (6.30 am to 7 pm) for catering in the accommodation. There are also several charging stations for your electric car within sight of the accommodation, as well as a beautiful, large public playground.
Our property extends over 8000m² and offers our guests an unforgettable experience with two newly renovated flats, in which a total of 8 guests can find space and peace.
There is also a separate leisure centre with seating, a bar, table tennis, table football and darts for free use.
We are proud to be able to offer our guests the highest level of comfort and an unforgettable holiday.

Our two flats are newly renovated and have a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as a kitchen with living room and a double bed with comfortable Emma mattresses for a good night's sleep.
In addition to the flats, two double rooms can be booked as required or you can rent the entire holiday home with a total of 4 double beds and two sofa beds
In the newly renovated barn there is a lounge area with a bar, seating, table tennis, table football and a darts game as a meeting point for cosy hours (only usable in summer as the area is not heated)
In the immediate vicinity is the Spar supermarket with restaurant and the restaurant Gabys Treffpunkt with regional dishes. At Gabys Treffpunkt it is possible to order a rich breakfast in advance or to pick it up. However, Gabys Treffpunkt is closed on Mondays. Click here for more information.

Our house is situated on an estate of approx. 8000m². Our sun terrace can be used by our guests, the same applies to our barbecue area with kettle grill.
There are also 5 private car parks and a bicycle room with charging facilities for e-bikes.
As a special feature, we would like to emphasise our leisure barn. In the barn there is seating for a total of 10 guests and plenty of opportunities for enjoyable leisure activities.
In the barn there is a bar with a couch, a table-tennis table, a game of wuzler and darts, as well as a nail stick for a sociable get-together.
A Spar supermarket, which is open Mon-Sun, is just 300 metres away and can be reached on foot. There is also an adventure playground and a charging station for your electric vehicle just 200 metres away. In the immediate vicinity of our house you will also find the very nice and good Heurigen Garber with a lookout tower. You can start your hiking or cycling tour right from the house.

Conditions et délais de paiement
Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
