This completely refurbished, well thought-out and extremely cosy flat is located in a listed outbuilding of one of the oldest Wilhelminian style villas in Graz. Opposite the building is the entrance to the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social and Economic Sciences) of the Karl-Franzens University. Ideal for business travellers, visiting professors, students or their family/relatives as well as families with up to two children.

All guests of the house have their own large front garden, which can be shared. A private secure car park is available.

A wonderfully wide double bed and comfortable pull-out sofa, beautiful fabrics, warm room colours with impressive designer wallpaper and a cosy seating area - all this can be found in this newly renovated old flat. Nothing is missing - a cosy flat to arrive, feel good and relax. Both rooms look towards the old villas and their gardens - so peace and quiet are guaranteed. The new kitchen leaves nothing to be desired - you can enjoy a cosy evening on the comfortable bench. The bathroom is also completely new, including a washing machine/dryer combination. The flat is furnished with a lot of fairness and charm, everything is practical, ideal for families with children, a couple. The double bed and the sofa are in one room - a cot is available separately on request.

Zinzendorfgasse, the hotspot of the neighbourhood with student bars and nice shops, is a 3-minute walk away. There is a bakery with a small coffee house in the building. The nearest public transport is a two-minute walk away. The University of the Arts, the University of Music, the city park or the Hilmteich/Leechwald recreational area can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the state hospital, the technical university and Graz city centre in 15 minutes.

Contactless check-in Instead of keys, there is a combination lock so that nobody has to worry about losing the flat keys. We can therefore check in and out at any time of day or night. The "yellow" flat is on the ground floor, the windows are barred and the flat can be reached via two steps at the house entrance.
