The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor facing south with a view of the garden and the mountains, wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and cosy relaxation room, bathrobes and towels included, the winter garden with bar, the terrace and the garden are accessible to all guests

A country house with a beautiful garden and pond - there is a garden hut with barbecue facilities where our guests can enjoy the sun.
There is also access to the garden from the wellness area.
Play facilities for children, table tennis,
sufficient parking space is available.

The use of the cable cars in Gerlos and Königsleiten is free of charge for our guests in summer.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
