Our detached, luxurious Tyrolean wooden house for a maximum of 8 people with a fantastic private spa is located on the edge of the forest in the family-friendly village of Sautens, at the foot of the Acherkogel, and is an ideal starting point for all those seeking peace and quiet, spot enthusiasts and nature lovers. Discover the senses of the Alps and experience your time out in the midst of a breathtaking mountain landscape. We will be happy to give you tips for your hiking and biking tours, interesting excursion destinations and highlights. Embedded in the unspoilt natural landscape, the nearby Lake Piburger See offers an oasis of peace and relaxation and is also the warmest bathing lake in Tyrol.

The rooms are spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor: 2 double rooms, 1 separate WC, 1 bathroom with shower, playroom, separate entrance for: Washing machine, ski room with ski boot warmer. Upstairs: large living room with tiled stove and fireplace, satellite TV, radio, CD and DVD. Fully equipped kitchen (micro, dishwasher, ceramic hob, Saeco coffee machine, toaster ....) with large dining area, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and corner bath, 1 separate WC; cot, high chair, buggy on request! Pets are not allowed!

Large sun terrace with magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and sunbathing lawn, covered terrace (so that even a small rain shower does not matter), awning, charcoal barbecue and garden furniture.

Dear tenants, this property is planned and designed for a family holiday, so please understand that we can not accept youth groups and bachelor (inside) farewells. Therefore, please always state the names and ages of all travellers when making a booking so that your booking can be answered quickly. Thank you very much. In winter we offer you a ski room with ski boot warmer and free toboggan hire. If you need a cot, high chair or pushchair for your little ones, we will be happy to provide these free of charge if you book in advance. Included: Use of the private spa with Kneipp footbath, sauna, relaxation room in the conservatory, indoor pool. Free parking spaces 3 in our garage and 2 outside. Snow chains are required in winter.

Winter: free toboggan hire! Sautens: Wonderfully situated at an altitude of 810 metres, at the entrance to the Ötztal. A hiking paradise in summer, a glittering ski world in winter. Ten well-known ski areas can be easily reached within 30 minutes. Ideal for a ski safari. Activities: In summer: outdoor pool, tennis, riding centre, fishing fun, mountain hikes, walks, mountain bike routes, rafting, Inn raft trip. In winter: Hoch-Oetz ski area 2km away. Cross-country skiing, toboggan run, curling, horse-drawn sleigh ride, fakel hike, snowshoe hike.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
