Spacious dream holiday home on a private, quiet island (32,000 m2) surrounded by nature and right on the water.

The island is connected by a bridge and is accessible by car. The house is divided into 2 separate living units and is ideal for 2 families who want to holiday together. The property also has a separate sauna house and a garage.

Thanks to the sheltered location of the bay, the water temperature in summer/autumn is a warm 20-24 degrees. Ideal for water sports such as canoeing, stand-up paddling, boating, fishing etc. Boats, canoes and stand-up paddles can be hired for an extra charge. In addition, the small beach invites you to swim and bathe.

The veranda invites you to linger in the hammock and marvel at the marvellous nature. There are 2 large picnic tables in the garden, where up to 16 people can dine with a marvellous panoramic view. The catch of the day can be grilled on the barbecue. On the island you can watch seals, lobsters, fish, deer, hares, sea eagles, squirrels, porcupines and there is a hummingbird feeder on the terrace.

There is also a fire pit where you can tell stories or sing with family and friends in the evening.

Inside the house, you can cosy up on the sofa by the fireplace with a good book and a glass of wine or a visit to the sauna on a rainy day.

Shopping facilities in the village or in Halifax, which is only 25 minutes away. The airport is 50 minutes away. Restaurants in the village and surrounding area. West Dover is an ideal base for many excursions and places of interest (e.g. Peggy's Cove lighthouse is 5 minutes away by car) and there are also many beautiful walks in the area.

Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
