New modern and highly comfortable bungalow villa in the dream bay of Korčula. Just a few metres from the turquoise sea and child-friendly pebble beach. Great for swimming and fantastic for snorkelling. Wide sandy beaches can be found within a radius of just 7 km, and the lively old town of Korčula or other idyllic regions of this fascinating island can be reached in just a few minutes by car or boat.

Outdoor pool 3.60 x 6m and 1.50m deep, outdoor shower, sun loungers and umbrella, large dining table with patio chairs and a gas barbecue adorn the garden area.

3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, extra WC and cosy living room with dining area and fully equipped open kitchen, covered terrace, well-tended garden and carport. The philosophy of the house pursues luxury in its simplicity and perfectly combines upscale comfort, natural openness and the desired privacy. A true pleasure of peace and relaxation!
Each bedroom has a king-size 200x180cm double bed with satellite TV, access to the terrace or garden and its own bathroom with shower/WC.
In the living room there is a large lounge couch where 2 more guests can sleep comfortably. The kitchen and dining area are elegantly integrated into the large living area. From there, the spacious glass front can be opened completely to enjoy even greater living comfort. The spacious covered terrace invites you to dine al fresco, especially in the evening when barbecuing and chilling out. Relax on the sun loungers by the pool and enjoy the sun. The partial sea view will soothe your soul and the hot water is sustainably produced with the help of sufficient solar panels on the roof. The building is winterised and has underfloor heating throughout.
Fully air-conditioned interior, adjustable depending on the room, LCD TV in every room, radio, SAT and Internet WLAN in all corners round off the technical offer.

The beach is just a few steps away, and the supermarket, a few restaurants and bars are also just a few minutes' walk away. Opposite its own bay is one of the best-known kitesurfing clubs and schools in Croatia. The world championship was also held here a few years ago. You can get there relatively quickly with a small motorboat. (Approx. 1-2 km as the crow flies)

Full air conditioning with independent control in each room separately. Buoy for boat is available free of charge. The villa is conditionally suitable for wheelchairs. Only the shower cubicle doors are only 57cm wide. All other doors have a width of approx. 80cm. Everything is relatively barrier-free.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
