This holiday house in the green heart of Istria is on the edge of the village of Rezanci, is stylishly furnished and provides all the necessary comfort. It is about 19km from the sea.

The house is on a fenced site of around 1100m², has a 50m² outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi for six people, eight deckchairs, two big parasols, dining tables for up to ten people and a grill in the pool area, a children’s playground and private parking spaces for three cars. The indoor and outdoor areas are joined by a spacious terrace, from which parents have an extensive view over the pool area. The owners provide use of another area below the holiday property, shared with guests at property no. 950524. The children’s playground is located there.

The house has two bedrooms with double beds (180cm wide), satellite TV, and their own bathrooms, and a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together, width 90cm each), satellite TV and a bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor has a further bedroom with a double bed (width 180cm), satellite TV and a bathroom, as well as a sofa bed for two people. All the bathrooms have a bath or shower, WC and bidet. The living room has another sofa bed for two people and in the entrance area there is a separate guest WC. A cot is available and can be set up in any of the rooms. The interior meets modern standards and there is even under-floor heating and cooling in all the room. Such cooling systems cool rooms significantly better, without noise or draughts. A Wii games console for children, satellite TV, a CD player and a radio are available in the living room.

The village football ground is just 150 metres away and can be used upon agreement with the village hall. The house is in quiet surroundings on the edge of the forest and is the last house on the outskirts. The location is ideal for jogging, hiking or walking with a dog. Attractions, art and culture in the area as day trips include the Roman Colosseum in Pula (25km), the truffle town of Motovun (30km), the beautiful town of Rovinj (20km) or for children the Aqua Park in Porec (40km). The owners can also arrange riding excursions and buggy tours on request. There are shops 2km away and a restaurant 4km away.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
