Holiday home Lidija with pool is located in the suburb of Antonci only 4 km from Poreč and beaches. The semi-detached house is located on its own 1000m2 enclosed plot and offers its guests exclusive use of parking spaces for several vehicles, a private 36m2 pool with sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue fireplace. From summer 2019, the new covered summer kitchen with garden furniture will be available in the garden as well as a children's kitchen for little chefs. The landlord lives in the other half of the house with a separate entrance to the courtyard and house.

The holiday home has 160m2 of living space, spread over two floors and 3 residential units. On the ground floor is the flat for 4 people on 90m2 and consists of spacious living-dining room, separate kitchen, a 30m2 double bedroom, bedroom with 2 separate beds, bathroom with shower / wc and separate toilet. At the entrance there is a covered terrace with garden furniture. This flat is partially adapted for disabled people.
There are 2 further holiday flats on the 1st floor. The flat for 2 persons with 33m2 consists of double bedroom, dining kitchen with exit to the balcony and bathroom with shower.
Flat for 2 persons has 50m2 and offers a beautiful view of the pool area. Consists of living room and balcony, bedroom with double bed, dining kitchen and bathroom with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned and wifi is available.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
