Villa Ansi Exclusive is a luxurious modern holiday home in small village Anzici near charming hill town Višnjan in central Istria. Numerous sights in Porec, Novigrad, Motovun, Pazin are nearby. The house is situated on a fenced 1580 square metre plot and offers guests the following outdoor facilities: 30 square metre pool, sun loungers, well-kept lawn, summer kitchen with barbecue fireplace, covered spacious terrace by the pool and several parking spaces. In the large outdoor area you will also find play facilities for the little ones, a table tennis table and 6 bicycles. The wonderful wellness area with Finnish sauna and indoor whirlpool are also there for relaxation and for those who prefer to spend their holidays in the not too hot months before or after the season, the pool can be heated on request.
The holiday home has 160 square metres of living space spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 10 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, cosy living room with plenty of natural light through the large glass walls, TV and fireplace, a bathroom and one of the 4 bedrooms, which has its own bathroom with bath/shower. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms, two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, and one with two beds, en-suite bathroom and balcony with garden furniture and wonderful views. Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
