The house is only a 10-minute drive from the tourist resort Lanterna and the beach, as well sports and entertainment facilities. In the vicinity there are several taverns and restaurants, various wine cellars, shop, a cafe and numerous cycling and hiking trails. In the outdoor area there are: a 24m2 swimming pool with sunbeds, a summer kitchen with a barbecue, covered terrace with a dining table,perfect place for your meals and relaxing outdoors. Thanks to the completely fenced yard of 1000 m2, with a landscaped garden, guests' privacy is guaranteed. Several parking spaces in the yard and four bicycles are available.
Villa Casa Danijel for 8 persons was completely renovated in 2013 in typical Istrian style. It has 145m2 of living space , with two separate residential units, which makes it an ideal choice for two families. The first unit is spread over two floors and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower/toilet on the 1st floor.
The second residential unit consists of a living room with a kitchen and a dining table, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower/toilet, all on the ground floor. The entire house is air-conditioned and both residential units have direct access to the covered terrace and outdoor space.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
