Beautiful Villa Una is located on the edge of the picturesque town of Vižinada, approx. 18 km from the coast between Tar-Vabriga and Porec. The house was built in 2008 with great attention to detail in the Istrian country house style.

On an enclosed and well-kept plot of 1200 square metres, guests have access to a 34 m² pool with sun loungers, a barbecue with dining table, a children's playground, table tennis and 3 covered parking spaces. The nearest shop, coffee bar and cash machine are in the village of Vižinada, 4 km away, while a pizzeria and a typical tavern are just 3 km from the house. The tourist town of Lanterna with its beautiful beaches is only 15 km from the villa. For cycling enthusiasts, the Parenzana cycling/hiking trail is also nearby.
Villa Una has 250 square metres of living space on 2 floors and can accommodate 8 people. The main entrance of the villa leads to the large living room with access to a covered terrace with lounge furniture and garden, a country-style kitchen with dining table and direct access to a covered terrace with dining table. There are also 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, as well as a bathroom in the hallway with bath/shower and a separate WC. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and balcony. This bedroom offers a wonderful view of the surrounding area.
