Villa Casa Lori is a beautiful holiday home built in 2017, located in Nova Vas, only 5 km from the beach and 6 km from Porec old town. Near the house there is a shop and the famous restaurant-pizzeria Birikina. The Baredine Cave is only a few kilometres away.

The house is surrounded by a 400 m² beautifully landscaped garden with outdoor seating and wellness areas. There is a 40 m² private pool with sun deck, a jacuzzi and a summer kitchen. The property is fully fenced to ensure maximum privacy and there is also covered parking for 2 vehicles.

Villa Casa Lori is built in a traditional style but furnished in a modern style and offers space for 8 people on 150 square metres spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with wood fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, all in one room with exit to the beautiful covered terrace with 2 relaxation areas - a coffee corner and a dining table. A bedroom with shower/WC and access to the pool, as well as a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor. On the first floor of the house there are 3 further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and views of the pool and garden.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
