Villa Astrid***** is a luxorious villa on a 2.500 m2 estate, fully enclosed, located in a small place called Reburići near Labin city. Our guests are surrounded by a magnificent view that includes the sea, Raša river canal and spacious greenland of Istria. The estate has its own lawn, suitable for different sports activities, as well as pets and their activities.

Villa Astrid has the capacity for 11 people: 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 double room on the ground floor, foldable couch and armchair in the living room and additional double bedroom in a separate unit. All bedrooms are comfortable and modern, equipped with king size beds (200 x 210 cm), air conditionings and large screen TVs. Rooms on the first floor share a joint spaceous terrace, from which a beautiful view to the whole countryside can be enjoyed.

On the ground floor there is a big living room with additional TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest restroom, all air conditioned.

A glass wall moves you from living room and dining room to a big covered ground terrace, equipped with a stone barbecue, a sink and a dining table for meals and entertaining.

Villa Astrid has a 11 x 5 m swimming pool and a concrete beach with deck chairs. The swimming pool is equipped with squirts and counter current swimming system, which enables recreative swimming activities.

Within the enclosed estate there are 4 parking spots, 2 of which are covered.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
