The Villa is completely new and was built in 2021. The indoor area spreads on over 100 square meters and consists of 3 comfortable bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilette, a cosy living room with a convertible sofa bed for one additional guest, an equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and a dining area. There is also a small storage room with a washing machine and a drier. The living room has access to the covered terrace with a seating area, which is ideal for relaxing evenings by the pool. The outdoor area offers you a private garden with BBQ, a Jacuzzi, and a pool with sunbeds. There is also a trampoline for kids and a volleyball court. Private parking for two cars is in front of the house. The location of the villa offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday away from the city noise since the house is surrounded by nature.
