Upon entering, you will be greeted by a large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. *We kindly ask our valued guests:

*to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during midday rest,
*for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning and dishwasher when they are not in the flat,
*to use the equipment in the flat with care,
*dispose of empty containers and clean used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
*report any damage caused to the owner who, after careful inspection, will demand payment of the costs in cash before departure,
*to inform the owner of the planned departure time the day before departure in order to organise the handover of the keys.
*The flat must be vacated by 10:00 am on the last day of your stay.
