Beautiful holiday home in the middle of the picturesque landscape of inland Istria. The house was newly built in 2010 and has enough space for several families or groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together. It is newly and modernly furnished and the comprehensive equipment offers the comfort you need for your holiday. The ground floor has a large kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms, one of which is suitable for disabled people (wheelchair accessible, with electric care bed if required, which we provide free of charge). On the first floor there are 6 further double rooms and an additional single room. Each bedroom has a bathroom (shower/WC), one with a corner bath, offering pure luxury. On the beautifully landscaped and enclosed plot, a 36 square metre swimming pool with an outdoor shower invites you to cool off. There is also a large 5 square metre cold room on the terrace, so that you have enough space to chill your drinks and food. There is also a stone barbecue in the garden where you can prepare tasty dishes on the grill and enjoy them in a relaxing atmosphere and natural surroundings. The house is a good starting point for excursions to the well-known tourist destinations of Istria: Rabac, Pula, Rovinj and Porec, and the whole of Istria can be explored within a 25-minute drive. In the vicinity of the villa there are numerous family farms and households that offer authentic dishes and experiences.discover it!

The ground floor houses a large kitchen, a living room and four bedrooms, one of which is suitable for the disabled (wheelchair accessible). There is also a fully electric hospital bed and a disabled bathroom. On the first floor there are a further six bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom also has a single room with a bed. The six bedrooms are equipped with bathrooms (shower/WC), one of which has a corner bath, and offer pure luxury. In the bedrooms there are double beds measuring 180 x 200 cm, in one bedroom there is a French bed measuring 140 x 200 cm and in the handicapped accessible bedroom there are two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm each, which can be pushed together. The entrance to the house is barrier-free.

On the beautifully landscaped and enclosed grounds, a 36 square metre swimming pool with an outdoor shower invites you to cool off. The pool is usually used from the beginning of May to the middle or end of October, depending on the weather. There is no heating for the pool. There is also a large 5 square metre cold room on the terrace, so that you have enough space to cool your drinks and food. There is also a stone barbecue in the garden where you can prepare delicious dishes on the grill and enjoy them in a relaxing atmosphere and natural surroundings. Parking spaces for approx. eight to ten cars (depending on the size of the vehicles) are available on the property.

The house is a good starting point for excursions to the famous tourist destinations of Istria: Rabac, Pula, Rovinj and Porec.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
