Villa Casa Denis is a holiday home with pool in Kastelir, only 14 km from Porec and the nearest beach, and 3.5 km from restaurants, shops and other facilities. Nearby there are also wine roads, olive oil roads and a paragliding site.
The house is located on the edge of a small village, surrounded by greenery, on a fully fenced 1200sqm manicured garden with a 48sqm saltwater pool, jacuzzi and sun loungers. Next to the pool there is a covered summer kitchen with a large table for 12 people and a charcoal barbecue, a separate house with a pool table and a separate toilet. There are several car parking spaces in the courtyard.

Villa Casa Denis offers space for up to 14 people on a total of 400m2 of living space, it consists of two separate accommodation units and is ideal for larger groups or several families. On the ground floor of the larger accommodation unit there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and access to a covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden, a separate toilet and a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom which is adapted for the disabled. In the upper part of the house there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and double bed, one of which has a covered balcony. All rooms offer a beautiful view of the olive grove and the garden.
In the basement of the house there is a wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and shower.
The second smaller residential unit consists of a ground floor with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, separate WC and a bedroom with en-suite shower/WC. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a room with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with WLAN.
