Ce logement de vacances pour 22 personnes dispose de neuf salles de bains et de neuf chambres à coucher. Le logement de vacances est équipé de un feu ouvert. En outre, il y a un billard, un airco, un balcon, un jardin, une piscine (privé, dehors), une terrasse et un barbecue. Vous pouvez stationner votre voiture sur un parking (couvert). La salle de bains est dotée de une douche.

Le logement de vacances dispose de un congélateur, une machine à laver, un sèche-linge, une connexion internet (ADSL, ISDN et sans fil).

Rustic country family estate, which covers an area of 33.000 m2 seems like a paradise for lovers of untouched nature. The two hundred years old farmhouse was charmingly renovated and transformed into a large country vacation villa, mostly intended for larger groups of guests, like bigger families or friends, or even team building groups.

Here, every space is carefully furnished with antique and contemporary furniture in good mix with modern and comfy beds.

Our property consist of 9 bedroom, which can accommodate up to 22 adult people.
Each room is equipped with own bathroom with bath or shower tube.

With all recreational facilities on the property and in near area, like outdoor swimming pool 12x6 m equipped with sun deck chairs , bowling (traditional boce), volleyball court, a children playground with swings, slides, mini football goals, and spacious green area ideal for hiking, biking, and Nordic walking, you can really enjoy your stay in pure nature, waking up with birdsong, away from everyday rush and polluted air.

In nearby, just few minutes of drive, you will find adrenaline park on the one side and horse ranch on the another.
There you can enjoy in challenge slides and swings, or riding horses all around Istrian peninsula in guided groups.

On request and with additional charge, we can organize you istrian lunch or dinner on the spot, also, renting a weekly/daily cook service is possible.

As well, we can organize celebrations, like weddings, birthdays etc.

Now, we can offer our guests different kinds of body massages with aromatic oils. It is on request and with additional charge.
You can relax in massage indoor and outdoor, depending on your wish.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
