Villa BeLexo is located just 5 minutes from the popular beaches and beach bars and only 8 minutes from the town of Porec, where you will find all amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, etc. For excursions you have an ideal starting point and the shortest routes to the top sights in Rovinj, Vrsar, Pula, Motovun and Novigrad.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious, open-plan and light-flooded living/dining/cooking area with a great view of the pool and garden. Equipped with a large LED TV with German IP-TV, air conditioning, kitchen with all amenities such as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and full service. Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. They have ample storage space as well as all amenities such as air conditioning and television etc.

The house has a 32 square metre pool with a perfect south-west orientation on a spacious, secluded plot. Start the day with a great breakfast on the partially covered terrace, unwind and enjoy the day - and treat yourself to a sundowner and delicious barbecue to round off the day.
