A new holiday home is waiting for you! This house can accommodate up to 8 people and is located in Kapelica, very close to the popular touristic places of Rabac and Labin. It has in total four sleeping rooms and each of them has his own bathroom except the one with two single beds. The single bath room is more for common use and has also a washing machine, so it feels more like home for you. The precious sleeping rooms are very nicely equipped. Three sleeping rooms have TV, air conditioning and big windows, giving direct access to the pool area. This makes you feel the freedom during day and night. The bath rooms are modern and equipped each with a toilet and a shower. Since every room has his own bath room, you enjoy a lot of privacy. The living room is open, big and nice. Due to the many windows, it is well flooded with light and is very bright for a friendly inside environment and joyful stay with your relatives. The living room is connected with the kitchen, which brings cooking together on a new level. Needless to mention that the living room is equipped with an air conditioning too and will provide a wonderful room temperature in any season. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may know from home. Plates, glasses, pots, dishwasher, toaster, freezer, oven and microwave. This makes the 150 m2 common size of the one floored Villa Stella your best choice for a stay.
While you might enjoy most time outside, the pool and huge plot of 1600 m2 can give you enough space to spend a wonderful time. The 36 m2 sized pool allows you too cool down on the very heaty days and to chill on the sun beds. Moreover you have a BBQ and an outside table, to enjoy the beautyful Istrian nights together and simply have a good time.
