Ce logement de vacances pour 6 personnes dispose de deux salles de bains et de trois chambres à coucher. Le logement de vacances est équipé de un barbecue, une piscine (privé), une terrasse, un jardin et un airco. Vous pouvez stationner votre voiture sur un parking (couvert). La salle de bains est dotée de une douche.

The fully equipped, modern holiday home "Lukas" is located in the village of Kastel, not far from the well-known town of Umag.

The holiday home offers 120 m² of space for six people. On the 70 m² ground floor you will find the living room with satellite TV and sofa bed as well as a dining table with chairs. In the open-plan kitchen you will find a cooker, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. A bathroom with shower, toilet, towels and hairdryer is also located on the ground floor, as is a storage room. On the 50 m² 1st floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and one bedroom with two single beds (100 x 200 cm). There is a further bathroom with shower, toilet and towels.

In addition to the beautiful beaches and bays in your neighbourhood or the historical monuments of the region, you will spend a relaxing time in our house with its own pool, air conditioning, upscale furnishings and absolute privacy. Take advantage of the pleasant location of the holiday home, the good shopping facilities and the local specialities offered in many restaurants. The holiday home is approx. eight kilometres from the beach, shopping facilities are approx. two kilometres away and restaurants are approx. 300 metres from the holiday home.

If your group is larger, you can also use our holiday home "Lukas" with the same upscale furnishings. This means that up to twelve people can enjoy a great holiday together. The region is ideal for active holidaymakers, e.g. tennis, cycling and football teams can enjoy a training camp here in perfect conditions.

If your travel group is larger, our holiday home "Stefan" which has the same high-quality furnishings is also available. This way, up to twelve people can enjoy a wonderful stay together. The region is excellently suited for active holidaymakers, meaning teams in sports such as tennis, cycling, and football can conduct training camps under dream conditions here.

Conditions et délais de paiement

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
