This luxury holiday villa is located in the picturesque small village of Slivari near the town of Zminj on the heart shaped Istrian peninsula where continental Croatia meets the Adriatic coast, the perfect getaway for a group of friends or a family looking for a haven of relaxation in a natural setting.Newly renovated fully enclosed authentic Istrian stone villa with a private illuminated swimming pool, outdoor shower and traditional stone grill on the spacious covered terrace

The two large doors in the living area give direct access to the covered terrace with garden furniture overlooking the 1300 m² leafy garden area and your private 7 m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. Right next to the terrace is a traditional Istrian stone grill inviting you to spend long barbecue evenings by the illuminated pool under the starlit sky. Three secure parking spaces are available on the enclosed premises.

The 170 m² traditional stone cottage was built in 1905 and has only recently been completely renovated in 2007 when it was tastefully furnished and equipped with all the modern conveniences for a comfortable stay. During renovation much care was taken to retain the original character of the typical Istrian country house. Spread over two floors, the fully air conditioned (hot/cold) villa offers a generous living-/dining area with integrated open plan kitchen, three bedrooms with three ensuite bathrooms and a guest toilet. Exposed wood beam ceilings, oak parquet flooring and handmade furniture add to the rustic country home atmosphere in the living area on the ground floor which is furnished with two comfortable sofas, an armchair, wooden coffee table, satellite television with USB port, a DVD and CD player, radio and a safe where you can keep your valuables. A large open fireplace made from Istrian stone provides cosy warmth on cool evenings. On the other side of the room is a solid wood dining table with a matching bench and chairs. A generous breakfast bar separates the dining area from the fully fitted kitchen which is complete with a dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge and freezer compartment, coffee machine and a toaster. The ground floor also has a guest toilet. A wide wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the three ensuite bedrooms. The two double bedrooms are furnished with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed and they also have a sofa bed that offers additional 90 cm x 200 cm sleeping space for a child. The third bedroom has two 90 cm x 200 cm single beds which you can push together to make a double bed. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes providing plenty of space for your clothes and luggage, bedside tables and lamps. The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with a large shower cabin, wash basin, wall mirror, hairdryer and a toilet. A washing machine and a baby cot are also available. Reliable WiFi internet access is offered free of charge.

The village of Slivari is located only approximately 2km away from the town of Zminj which offers good shopping facilities, banks and a wide range of cafes and restaurants. Explore the beauty of the Istrian landscape on one of the many walking paths which you will find in the immediate vicinity of your villa.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
