Villa Elena Exclusive is located on the edge of the village of Ladići, 16 km from the sea in Lim Bay and 26 km from picturesque Rovinj and its beaches. This villa belongs to a settlement of four luxury and designer furnished villas, each with its own plot and a swimming pool with hydromassage corner, an organic garden with seasonal vegetables, open-air fitness, 2 tennis courts, 2 bocce courts and sports fields for handball, football, basketball and volleyball are available for common use of the villas. All these facilities are of course included in the price. For a real Istrian experience, you can also watch 3 Boskarins, white-grey long-horned cattle, the symbol of the region, on the property.

Villa Elena is a luxurious villa with pool with a total of 359 square metres of living space spread over two fully air-conditioned floors and equipped for 8 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace and exit to the large covered terrace with dining table, barbecue and lounge area, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bedroom with double bed, and private shower/WC. A separate toilet in the living area and a shower/WC on the terrace are also located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are a total of three double bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC, two of which have a double bed and balcony and one with two single beds. From the balcony on the first floor, this villa offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea in the distance and if you want to spend a relaxing holiday in a beautiful rural setting and still be close to the main tourist attractions, Villa Elena Exclusive is the perfect choice. Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
