This beautiful detached house with pool is located on a hill with stunning panoramic views of the wooded hills and vineyards. It is located on the edge of the village of Mekisi 4km from the picturesque medieval town of Vizinada, where there is a shop, cafe, ATM, while a farm is just 300m from the house. There are several wineries in the neighbourhood and the attractive Parenzana cycling/hiking trail runs nearby.
The outdoor facilities include a fully fenced 2000m2 garden with a well-kept lawn, terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining, barbecue and 36 square metre pool with sun loungers, all for private use. Parking for a total of 2 vehicles is in the courtyard.holiday flat Mihael is located on the 1st floor on 120 sqm and is suitable for up to 6 people. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
