The holiday house is situated in the little village Modrusani near Zminj in the heart of Istrian peninsula. Somewhere halfway, Žminj certainly found its place under the sun. Green, healthy and sustainable tourism is characteristic of this culturally and gastronomically imposing municipality. Some of the basic characteristics of our destination include a peaceful environment, local products, Istrian authenticity, along with unique experiences and connectedness of the local producers. Žminj’s guests enjoy the tranquillity and greenery of our countryside along with the closeness to our beautiful coastline. One’s taste buds will sure enjoy trying new flavours in our taverns, restaurants, agritourisms, pizzerias and newly opened fast food. A licensed guide will take you around our town, who’s regularly dressed in our traditional costume of the Folklore Society of Cere (the oldest folklore society in Istria), while her face is adorned with Žminj’s rićin (a replica of an earring found in an old Croatian cemetery in Žminj).

The house is situated on a plot of 350m2 and it consists of a two floors. The main house where two bedrooms are is on a first floor. There you have one bedroom with en suite bathroom and a big bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary fitment. From a living room is a beautiful view with a large window of the garden and pool illuminated by the sun's rays. On the ground floor is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Also on the ground floor is a relax room with a jacuzzi and sauna. Here you will find also a playroom with a fitness equipment.

Enjoy with your family, friends and a dogs in our lovely and sweet house Poli Stare nuoni in Modrusani. Little village near Zminj in the heart of Istria. The most important is our very nice and comfortable swimming pool in front of the house with a big garden and terrace. There you will enjoying in a hot summer days and evenings with a couple of fine Istrian wine and friends and family. The children and a dog will be playing around. The house is tasty and carefully decorated with a lot of love.

The house will offer you nice and comfortable garden with private swimming pool 30m2. There is also a nice garden with a trampolin, swings and a slide. Barbecue is on the terrace and the parking place is a private inside a fenced plot.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
