Villa Annette is an authentic Istrian stone house located in the village of Musalez, about 3 kilometres from Porec and the beach. A typical Istrian konoba is about 2 kilometres away. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in 2013 in the original Istrian style. It is located on a 300m² enclosed plot with a beautiful garden, a 12m² pool, sun loungers, a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and private parking.

The holiday home offers space for 6 people on a total area of 160 m² spread over three floors. The interior is furnished in traditional Istrian style with a combination of modern details. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, as well as a Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath with shower and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor there is a living room with kitchenette, dining room and sitting area - all in one room with access to a covered balcony with seating and beautiful views. On the first floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and hydromassage bath.
On the top floor there are two further bedrooms with double beds and panoramic views of the sea and the green hinterland.
The holiday home is fully equipped.
This rustically furnished holiday home is the ideal choice if you want to spend a quiet holiday yet still be close to the hustle and bustle of the town and the beach. Pets are welcome.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
