Villa Palazzina ll is a newly built villa with pool on the outskirts of Porec, approx. 3 km from the sea and 5 minutes by car from the town centre. The house is located on the edge of the village of Vranici on a completely fenced garden plot of 700 m2 and offers its guests a 36 m² pool, covered terrace with barbecue and seating set, deckchairs and lounge set. Parking for 3 vehicles is also available in the courtyard.

This modern villa for 8 people with a total area of 290 m² is spread over three fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with access to the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a separate toilet.
