Beautiful Villa Perhat is located only a short drive from the tourist hostspot of Istria - Porec, as well as from the charming hilltop town of Visnjan. The villa has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 persons, which makes it ideal for larger groups.
It consists from two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. On the ground floor you will find a luxury living room, a dining room and a small but fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with an ensuite bathroom. A glas wall lets in a lot of light during the day and allows you to directly access the terrace and the pool area. The first floor apartment also has a living/dining area where you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Here you will find 3 more bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a large walk in shower. The largest bedroom has a private balcony from where you can enjoy a view of the surrounding and the pool area. Those that prefer spending time outside will be thrilled by the inviting pool as well as the basketball court and barbecue.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
