Villa Shirin is located on the edge of the village of Radosi, not far from Porec, and about 8 km from the first beaches. Shops, restaurants and the like can be found in Visnjan and Nova Vas. The holiday house is situated in a very quiet location on a fenced 1300 square metre plot where guests have at their disposal an outdoor saltwater pool of 28 square metres with sun loungers, a covered terrace with dining table, brick barbecue, well-tended garden with flowers, children's playground and parking for two cars.
The house can accommodate 6-8 people with 185 square metres of living space spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the house is the tastefully furnished living area with fireplace, modern kitchen with dining table and access to the covered terrace and garden, 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
On the first floor this house offers a spacious bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, exit to the balcony with a fantastic view, 2 further bedrooms share the bathroom with tub in the hallway.
