This villa is located in Istria, near Poreč! It is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and magnificent Istrian nature!

On the outside, you can find a very large private pool with sun loungers for you to chill! There is a tennis court in the yard and an outdoor dining area, and a place around the firepit to enjoy the late summer nights!

The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, in 4 bedrooms, with king-size beds! Every room has an en-suite bathroom for comfort!There are a lot of activities for everybody, from watching Netflix to relaxing in the sauna after a gym session! There is a spacious kitchen with a dining area, and a large living room, which is connected to the terrace!

While in the villa make sure to visit Poreč, Rovinj, Pula, and other Istrian smaller cities that will take your breath away!

The villa is suitable for disabled guests also, and it has a ground-floor bedroom with all the amenities needed!
