This holiday home is a terraced house with a total of two upper floors and is located in the small, quiet village of Barbici, about six kilometres from Poreč. It is a quiet settlement with lots of nature all around, just two kilometres from the sea.

Outside, you will find a well-tended garden with a barbecue and sun loungers, as well as a covered terrace with garden furniture, which is connected to the garden. So nothing stands in the way of a barbecue evening together. One bedroom leads to an additional, small balcony from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. There are two private car parking spaces in front of the house free of charge. Pets are not permitted.

With a living space of approx. 100 m², this accommodation offers enough space for a maximum of seven people. It is a new, modern and ecologically built house in Mediterranean style with traditional Istrian architectural elements. The living/dining room has a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a TV and a large dining table with seating. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, an electric hob, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher, leaving almost nothing to be desired. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with large double beds (1.60 metres wide), two bathrooms and a gallery with a sofa bed for one person (1.80 metres wide) and armchair, which is connected to one of the bedrooms by a staircase. The whole house is air-conditioned and there is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and free Wi-Fi.

Not far from the house is the Baredine shaft cave (approx. one kilometre away). The Baredine is a shaft cave that can be visited down to a depth of approx. 60 metres. The town of Poreč also hosts numerous festivals, outdoor summer concerts, exhibitions, cinema programmes and much more. There are numerous beaches in the town of Poreč and the surrounding area. The Istrian coast is almost 445 kilometres long.

Casa Mare is a new, modern and ecologically built house in Mediterranean style with traditional Istrian architectural elements.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
