Built in 2017, the flat (50 m²), which has been furnished with care and love in a modern style, offers everything you need for a holiday in complete comfort. The holiday flat is located in a holiday home with 6 similar flats. The house is located in a quiet location in the village of Volparija, which is part of the Savudrija-Umag area. The area has been known to tourists for centuries for its healing air, nature and peace thanks to the area's pine forests. The pride of the area is the oldest lighthouse in the Adriatic, the Savudrija Lighthouse, built in 1818. The beach is a good 900 metres away and can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes. For shared use, the house offers: the fenced garden and car park, the outdoor pool (7 x 3 m rectangular, 140 cm deep with steps, open from 30.03. to 19.10.) and with outdoor shower, sun loungers, sun terrace around the 25 m2 pool, parasols, barbecue area, iron and ironing board.

The flat is located on the ground floor of the house and has a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), wardrobe, safe, a bedroom with bunk bed (2 x 80 x 200), wardrobe, in the living room the sofa bed (150 x 200), bed linen is provided (weekly change), flat screen satellite TV, coffee table, bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, two towels per person for the bathroom are provided (weekly change), eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 4 electric ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, dining table and chairs, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, the kitchen leads onto the terrace (7 m 2) which is furnished with table and chairs A small private garden with views of the countryside. The centre of Umag 7 km from the house, in the centre of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag dam, to explore the narrow and interesting streets of the historic centre of Umag, or to visit the stalls and, to the delight of the children, the playground right by the sea. To buy a larger amount of groceries, it is recommended to walk a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag: Tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, horse riding, water sports, nightclubs, various boat or bus excursions. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and an impressive marina. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the artist town Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the area of white truffles, Hum the smallest town in the world, PN Plitvice, the coastal areas PN Brioni, fish picnic boat, excursion to Venice, Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Baredine cave. A visit to the amusement park Funtana and the nearby water park Istralandia will make the hearts of young and old beat faster. Tasting of wines, cheese, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more. For organised trips we recommend the travel agency TREVITOURS, which can advise you with great professionalism.

The nearby beaches are of different types, sandy, pebbly, rocky, a beach for every taste. The area is one of the few where the coastline changes shape and form every few hundred metres and is rich in vegetation close to the sea, where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
