This beautiful Villa Natura with pool is located in Šušnjići, approx. 11 km from Poreč and its beaches. Restaurant and grocery store are about 4km away in Zbandaj.Villa Natura is located on its own 3000sqm plot and offers its guests an outdoor pool (24sqm), a partially covered terrace with seating, covered summer kitchen with dining table and barbecue fireplace and private parking for several cars. A children's playground with slide and swings as well as table tennis are also available. The landlord (1 person) occasionally lives in the upper part of the house, but the garden and pool area are for exclusive use.
This lovingly furnished villa for 6 people has 170 square metres of living space. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room, three bedrooms with French beds (one with access to the terrace), two showers/WC and a separate WC. From the living area you have direct access to the beautiful, large garden, where you can relax on a sun lounger.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
