Residence Daniela is located in a typical Istrian village Veleniki, only 5 km from Porec and the sea. 100m from the flat there is a 40 square metre swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and jacuzzi for common use. Parking is private on the property, directly in front of the house, the famous restaurant-tavern is directly opposite and several supermarkets are about 4 km away. Breakfast is available by arrangement in the restaurant at an extra charge.

This holiday flat is located in a separate house with 80sqm of living space spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor this flat offers the living area with kitchen and dining table, a separate toilet and beautiful furnished terrace at the entrance. On the 1st floor are two double bedrooms each with Sat Tv and bathroom with shower/Wc in the hallway, a spacious bedroom with double bed, sitting area and bathroom is on the 2nd floor (attic), treat yourself to a break in a relaxed atmosphere in the countryside and spend a relaxing holiday, youth groups are not allowed.
