Villa Fortuna was renovated in 2013 so it offers many details that are famous in house designing filed in the last decade. This vacation home is made for up to 10 guests and it is 130 m2 large. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across 3 floors. On the second floor, you can find 2 bedrooms, small kitchen, and a living room. Both bedrooms have a double bed (160*200). The first floor also has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed (180*200) and one with a bunk bed. The kitchen on each floor is equipped with appliances that you need for everyday use. Living room/dining room on each floor has a table for 4 to5 persons, a sofa, and a TV.
On the ground floor, there is another kitchen and a small living room with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for 2 people.
On the outside, Villa Fortuna offers various accommodations including a large private swimming pool (25 m2) and a garden. Also outside you can find a nice BBQ which is ideal for spending a nice evening time with your friends or family. The entire terrace is covered with stone floor and it gives you a lot of comfort and privacy.
If you like active way of living or you just want to use Villa Fortuna as a sleepover place so you can visit all the beautiful sides of Istria, this holiday home will offer you an excellent starting position for everything. It is only 15 km from the Adriatic Sea, 15 km from the hilltops excursions in central Istria and 30 min driving from most historical locations.
There is plenty of parking space for multiple cars on the property, and the holiday vacation rental is 1 km from the nearest shopping district where you can find many different shops including shops that allow you to buy fresh products from local farmers.
The cost to rent Villa Fortuna is going to vary based on the different time of the seasons. You can find a list of the prices on the website for upcoming seasons. The prices that are listed include a tourist tax. Currently, there is a minimum stay requirement of 3 days in order to book Villa Fortuna, though for some parts of the season, the requirement may change to 7 days.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
