This villa is the perfect choice if you want total privacy far away from the usual city rush. It is located in municipality Raša, surrounded by untouched Istrian nature, and offers a unique Mediterranean atmosphere.

The fully fenced yard of the villa is ideal for children and adults. There is an outdoor dining room, barbecue, and garden at their disposal. Also, there is a spacious pool with a surface of 58 m2 near which there is a jacuzzi. Children can play safely in the spacious children's playground.

The city of Labin is located 15 km away from the villa, and the center of Istria, a beautiful city of Pula, where you can enjoy cultural sights, is located 50 km away.

There is also a beach located only 2.5 km away from the villa, where you can enjoy the beauties of the crystal clear Adriatic sea.
