This house was built as recently as 2017 and stands in the historical little town of Vodnjan. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday and is a rewarding holiday destination especially for holiday guests interested in art and culture. Art enthusiasts will no doubt be delighted by this house immediately, with its colour design referring to the famous Dutch painter of the classical modern era, Mondrian. Outside is a furnished terrace with a grill for spending time in the evenings, as well as a private pool (4 x 7 metres, 1.45 metres deep) fitted with hydromassage jets as an additional highlight, so you can not only cool off but enjoy a little wellness oasis after an exciting holiday day. There are four loungers next to the pool for sun worshippers. The private parking space is on site in front of the house.

The holiday house provides 65m² of living space comprising two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen and living room for four people, whereby the design à la Mondrian is realised individually in each room. On the ground floor is the centrepiece of the house, the combined living and dining room with an open integrated kitchen, where you will find everything you need for cooking, even a dishwasher. The kitchen area is completed by the modern dining space with an adjoining sitting area with a sofa and armchair. Open stairs lead up to the two bedrooms, the first furnished with a double bed 180cm wide, a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors and a large flatscreen TV, the second smaller bedroom with two single beds. Next to this room is the modern daylight shower room for a carefree start to the day. As there is also a second bathroom with a bath, shower, double washbasin and bidet, there is enough space for everyone without any queues in the morning or evening. The air conditioning unit is integrated in a central position and can be used free of charge, along with the washing machine and the Internet.

The sea and the beautiful beaches of the neighbouring rivieras of Pula, Fazana and Rovinj are within 15 to 30 minutes by car. Pula is 8km away, Fazana 5km, Rovinj 22km and Porec 36 km. When strolling through the old part of Vodnjan, you can admire many buildings from different historical eras. You can do daily grocery shopping at the supermarket 500 metres away.

Pets are allowed and one is free, every further pet incurs a daily fee.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
