The reflecting lights of Kvarner Bay at night are unforgettable. Relax in the outdoor wellness area right by the private pool. Of course, there are loungers available for this purpose. From the pool you have an enchanting view of the sea.

On the terrace with fantastic sea views above the jacuzzi, a rustic outdoor barbecue with seating area is available for connoisseurs and barbecue fans.

AIR CONDITIONING in all main rooms, free W-LAN, SAT-TV, DVD and last but not least a wood-burning stove round off the feel-good offer.In the upper part of the villa, the main house, you live in an elegant living and dining room with a large panoramic window, direct sea view and exit to the veranda. The living and dining room has terracotta flooring and a rustic beamed ceiling. On the second living level there is a stylish, comfortably equipped kitchen with gas electric hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, pad coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and three double bedrooms on the second living level. Two of the double bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while one bedroom has two separate beds. However, these can be pushed together at any time. On the same level there is a bathroom with WC and an additional separate WC.62m² flat with living room and bedroom is located in the lower part of the holiday home. The flat has its own kitchen and a separate bathroom with WC. From this holiday flat you have a wonderful view directly to the sea. This lovingly furnished studio also has a small outdoor terrace with garden furniture, bed linen, towels and tea towels are of course provided for our guests and a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities can of course be used. Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
