Situated in the central part of island Krk. Villa Kras is a family house built in 1910 using natural combinations of wood and stone. Retaining the authenticity and respecting the old coastal architecture, in 2010 Villa was completely renovated. On a horizontal and enclosed terrain of 3500 m2, between olive groves and organic gardens Villa has 200 sq meters. Villa has three bedrooms, every bedroom with its own bathroom, living room and two large kitchens. Two large terraces and enormous garden with olive trees can provide you with peace required for complete recharge.

Two large terraces and a huge olive grove can give you the peace of mind you need to fully recharge your batteries.On the first floor in a glazed room inside the house we have a fitness room, which is equipped with a pedaling bike and ergometer Concept 5 (a device mostly used by professional rowers). Inside the same room there is a large beautiful billiards (dimensions approx. 2x1m) with holes.We also have a garden of about 500-400m2, cultivated in which you can always pick something natural and organically grown. We offer our guests the harvest of the fruits of our garden. In summer, these are mostly tomatoes, chard, parsley, zucchini, beans, onions and the like.Beautiful lavender decorates the paths around the garden, it is in full bloom in June and mid-July.Krk is also full of medicinal herbs, all of this untouched nature.In addition to the fact that the whole of Krk is intersected by various paths for safety, we are in the immediate vicinity of bicycle paths, recreationists on bicycles are constantly passing by our house. The house has indoor and outdoor storage space for bicycles.As well as motorcycle trails, which can pass through beautifully landscaped and cleared forest roads.Krk is full of various game, most recently deer and wild boar.The house is located in the center of the island and is therefore suitable for hunters. Within the house we can offer space for outdoor accommodation of dogs and dog houses.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
