This fully enclosed holiday villa is located in the picturesque village of Miholascica on the sunny Croatian island of Cres. It is situated on a private vantage point in a green setting, just a walk of approximately three minutes from the beach (250 m distance).

It features beautiful, panoramic views of the surrounding hills as well as beaches and islands.

The villa features a special, super secluded stone terrace and outdoor Jacuzzi under magical evergreen Oak trees. The gorgeously landscaped outdoor area welcomes you with enchanting stone cascades and Mediterranean vegetation: Trees of olive, fig, mandarine, lemon, pomegranate, and bushes of laurel, basil, lavender, rosemary and strawflower.

The generously laid out holiday villa offers a living space of 100 m² and can accommodate up to eight guests in four bedrooms.

It has a cozy lounge area with a large corner sofa, astone fireplace and big screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, Ceran cooktop with stainless steel extractor hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine. Two of the four bedrooms are furnished with a 180 x 200 cm double bed, the other two have two 90 x 200 cm single beds each which you can pus together to make a double bed. The two modern bathrooms each have a shower, wash basin and toilet. Wireless internet access is availabe throughout the property.
