In the village of Risika, on the island of Krk, you will find this romantic stone villa. The villa is located in a
quiet area and is surrounded by tall trees and olive trees.

Villa Petite is definitely an excellent choice not only for those who want to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday but also for those who want to enjoy the beautiful beaches, and tourist attractions and of the island of Krk.

In front of the villa is a terrace with table, chairs and a barbecue. A large pool is located in the middle of the garden surrounded with beautiful nature.

The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has one double bed and second room has two double bed, so the villa can accomodate 6 people.

On the ground floor there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor.

The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will take your attention, only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. Highway and airport are also nearby. Krk town has beautiful old churches, ancient city walls, towers and the remains of ancient Romans. The city of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and island Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, bay Soline with healthy mud and Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, wine and other specialties. You can swim with dolphins, make a trip with fishing or tourist boats or even with a submarine (the city of Krk) .

The nearest sandy beach is 2 km away and the nearest shop is 700 m from the villa. The nearest restaurant is in Vrbnik, well known for its exquisite wines, beaches and good restaurants.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
