Villa Nadia is two newly restored luxury stone villas with a swimming pool. It is perfect for small groups or a few families. They are located in a very private and quiet village atmosphere but only a short drive to local towns, beaches, restaurants and stores. Villas have altogether 233 m2 of interior living space and are placed on a building lot of 1960 m2. The property is fully fenced in all sides and has a large gated parking lot of 430 m2 for cars, boats, trailers etc. Villas are surrounded by more than 450m2 of uncovered and covered porches equipped with garden furniture. In the backyard is a large olive orchard with a fabulous swimming pool and beach around. There is also a party room” Gumno” for some memorable fun vacation times, fully equipped with a kitchenette, ice maker and dishwasher. This Unit connects to the swimming pool via a separate path over the rooftop terrace. The big house has two separate units: Unit #02 is called “Konoba” and is placed on the ground floor. It has a charming living room with two separate beds, a kitchen/dining area, a full bathroom and a large bedroom overlooking a swimming pool. This unit has a covered back porch which connects to the swimming pool area. Unit #03 is on the first and second floor of the “Big house” The first floor has comfortable space with a large kitchen, dining and living room, toilet and large bedroom. The second floor has two large bedrooms with a beautiful master bathroom. The cozy back porch overlooks the swimming pool and has direct access to it over the rooftop terrace. In the back of the property are Common /group spaces for great times and enjoyment. The swimming pool is 54m2 with a 150m2 stone beach around it, beach furniture and a half bathroom, two outdoor showers, and lots of natural shade and privacy.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
