The Losinj flat in the Villa Istra Panorama, newly built in 2018, is located on the upper floor. From here you have a fantastic sea view of the islands of Raab, Cress and Losinj as well as the Kvarner Bay. The spacious living room with a 3.5 metre high ceiling and the large L-shaped covered terrace make you feel like you are in a penthouse. An outdoor barbecue fireplace with an adjoining kitchenette will delight you when preparing delicious grilled dishes. The side-by-side fridge with ice maker and water dispenser is located near the terrace and will spoil you with excellent water from the neighbouring Ucka Nature Park. At the 11 metre infinity pool, one floor below, your loungers are ready for you to relax and refresh. This 103 m2 flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms is ideal for 4 adults. Two additional beds on the large sofa bed in the living room can also be used as cots/baby beds in the bedroom if required. In the cooler holiday season you have the opportunity to experience the underfloor heating and a log fire with a view of the sea.
