The flat is located on the ground floor of Villa Istra Panorama, which was newly built in 2018, and is characterised by an 85 m² terrace with direct access from every bedroom and the living room.

The flat has two bedrooms with double beds and each has its own bathroom. The flat can be used all year round, as underfloor heating regulates the temperature pleasantly on cooler days and air conditioning helps you to enjoy your holiday in the warmer months of the year. The use of a fold-out sofa bed in the living room/kitchen means that up to 6 people can stay overnight.

The Rijeka flat in the village of Stepca is located just 23 km south of fashionable Opatija and only 3 km from the charming medieval town of Brsec, where you will also find restaurants and a small shop. In the town of Labin, 15 km away, you can enjoy all the advantages of a town and explore the Venetian roots in the old town centre.
